Coming soon...

Here is Scarlett at 1 month old sleeping in her car seat. It was 90 degrees on Sunday, so she was just wearing her diaper. I am getting ready to complete my Pre & Post Natal Workout, will have clips and images up by next week. Scarlett "may" make an appearance on the DVD, not sure yet - depends how her disposition is on the day of filming!

I am doing well, my husband is helping out A LOT, so I'm not missing any sleep, some, but not too much. Will have full details of the new workout for you mom's to be, very soon. I will have some more images up by Sunday with a full description of the workout. My sisters and I have worked very closely on this and are very proud and excited about it. It is our first project together - it was a lot of fun to do. Tough to schedule around everyone's busy lives, but we got it done - more to come soon!

Also, we have started work on my next project. I won't be running a long pre-sale or even talking about what it is until it's filmed and we have a release date from the duplicator. Once I get the release date, we will be posting daily clips and photos leading up to the pre-sale. The DVD will be ready to ship shortly after the pre-sale, just like we did with Yoga Solutions.

The Latest...

Here are some pictures of Scarlett at 23 days old...

I am doing great - we are getting into a nice routine now and I am able to walk. Today I did a nice walk outside with Jackie, had Scarlett in her baby Bjorn and went for over an hour. I still a little sore but feel great otherwise. My husband is helping a lot during the night so I am able to get a good amount of sleep before it's "my turn" to take over. I am blessed with a wonderful healthy baby!

I am enjoying my time off with Scarlett but am still working from home on all things FBT. The Pre/Post Natal workout is looking wonderful! It helps having first hand experience so that I can include things that I feel really helped me and will hopefully help you all get back to your pre-baby body! The first thing is to be patient - Rome wasn't built in a day and we are all built very different. I think if you are calm and have a great attitude, you and your baby will do great!

I am also working on my next workout - to be filmed this summer. I will post details once it's filmed, edited and about a month away from shipping. I've been working on it for almost a year and am very excited for it. I'm having so much fun taking my time with it, working with great people and enjoying motherhood!
