"I learned that it is best to vary your intervals when doing HIIT training. Sometimes HIIT is promoted as a certain formula of X and Y intervals but to maximize your results, you should vary your intervals during your HITT training sessions. I also learned that Tabata training can work in as few as 4 minutes!"
