Total Body Bootcamp will be shipping soon! A few of you have asked where to purchase the resistance bands and some of the other equipment Tracey and her team used in these workouts. We weren't able to find an affordable deal for the shipping cost, so the bands used in TBBC are now included in the Fit by Tracey store. You will be charged the same flat rate shipping fee as always - $4.95 for customers in the US or Canada and $8.95 for international customers. All orders placed this week will ship with the Total Body Bootcamp DVDs.
We will also be posting links for the other equipment used. Don't want to buy a lot of new equipment? No worries. These can be done with minimal equipment. Just in case you're in the market for some new kettlebells, med balls or a suspension trainer to spice up your workouts, we'll let you know where you can order them so you'll be all set to go.
